Description

HOW TO REPLACE A BLADE:

• Removing the old blade
• Open the secateur by pushing the safety pin.
• Using a flat tool unhook the cir-clip (A)
• Use the provided Alan key to remove the screw (B).
• The spring might need replacing. In that case usea flat screwdriver to remove the spring from its notch (C).
• Fitting the new spring
• Place the larger end of the spring around the 2 claws of the bracket (D).
• Keeping the secateur wide open press the smaller end of the spring with a screwdriver.
• Push the spring up to the notch (C) located in the handle.
• Make sure the spring is securely in place by operatingthe handle. The hancle should open fully.
• Fitting the new blade
• Reposition the blade in its place.
• Put back the screw (B) and tighten it using the provided Alan key.
• Align the pinion with the hole (A) and insert the replacement axle.
• Put the cir-clip to slot in on the axle and clip it usingan appropriate tool.
